These Terms of Service govern your use of the AK Service Solutions LLC website and your electronic requests and communications with us. Separate estimates, invoices, work orders, warranties, or written agreements may contain additional terms for a particular job. If job-specific terms conflict with these website terms, the job-specific terms control for that service.
Service Requests
Submitting a website form, message, lead, or appointment request does not by itself guarantee an appointment, price, part availability, repair outcome, or completion time. We may need additional information, photos, model numbers, an on-site diagnosis, or other details before confirming service.
Estimates, Diagnostics, and Pricing
Prices shown online are general information unless expressly identified as a confirmed quote for your specific job. Diagnostic or service-call charges, labor, parts, materials, taxes, card-processing charges where permitted, and other job costs will be communicated as applicable. If additional problems or materially different conditions are discovered, we will seek authorization before performing additional chargeable work.
Appointments and Access
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and service-location information and for ensuring safe, lawful access to the appliance, property, utilities, and work area at the scheduled time. Appointment windows and same-day availability are subject to technician availability, travel conditions, prior jobs, parts availability, and other circumstances.
Customer-Provided Information
You represent that information, photos, files, and other materials you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide them. You authorize us to use that information as reasonably necessary to evaluate, schedule, perform, document, and support the requested service.
Electronic Communications and Automation
By contacting us electronically, you consent to receive service-related communications by phone, text message, email, website tools, or the platform through which you contacted us. We may use automated or AI-assisted systems to organize inquiries, process job details, support routine responses, and route communications. Message and data rates imposed by your carrier may apply.
Third-Party Platforms
If you contact us through a third-party platform, including Thumbtack or another lead, messaging, scheduling, or payment provider, your use of that platform is also governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent services, availability, policies, or systems.
Parts, Materials, and Warranties
Any warranty applicable to a completed repair or installation will be described in the applicable estimate, invoice, work order, or other job-specific communication. Manufacturer warranties and third-party parts warranties, where applicable, are subject to their own terms.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for a diagnosis of a specific appliance or property condition.
